Sola Wood Flowers is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a 20–40 person floor crew in Monterrey. You’ll own the shift, manage numbers, and ensure on-time output for both high-volume catalog production and made-to-order wedding builds.

You’ll start before the crew, assign stations, rebalance when builds lag, and train new hires to hit quality standards. You’ll track output, first-pass quality, and hours per unit, and you’ll spot and fix material or equipment issues on the spot.

Formación

• 2+ years leading a production, assembly, packaging, or fulfillment crew (15+ people).
• Experience in hand-assembly, made-to-order, or labor-intensive manufacturing.
• Fluent spoken and written English; daily calls with US team.

Responsabilidades

• Review yesterday's numbers and today's assignments to identify gaps.
• Assign stations, rebalance when behind; move standard SKUs and custom orders.
• Train new hires to standard and quality checks at the station.
• Track output, first-pass quality, and hours per unit; explain misses.

Production Supervisor - Handcrafted Manufacturing - Monterrey

You own a crew, a shift, and the numbers they produce.

Our Monterrey floor turns sola wood into wedding flowers - cut, shaped, dyed, and assembled by hand. Roughly 100 people, two kinds of work side by side: high-volume catalog production and made-to-order bridal builds (BIFM) with a wedding date stamped on them. Those dates never move. We are hiring a shift supervisor who keeps a crew of 20 to 40 people hitting the plan every hour of every day.

What your day looks like

• You start before your crew does: yesterday's numbers, today's assignments, where the gaps are.
• You assign people to stations, rebalance when a build falls behind, and keep standard SKUs and custom wedding orders moving at once.
• You train new hires to standard and correct quality at the station, while the work is still in front of you.
• You track output, first-pass quality, and hours per unit by the hour - and you can explain every miss.
• You flag material, equipment, and process problems early and help fix them on the spot.

Who does well here

People who like the floor more than the desk. Your office is the line. When a pallet needs moving and you are the one standing there, you move the pallet.

We run on data. Arguments get settled with numbers, not seniority. Nobody gets punished for surfacing a bad number - people get in trouble for hiding one.

What you need

• 2+ years leading a production, assembly, packaging, or fulfillment crew - directly responsible for 15 or more people
• Experience in hand-assembly, made-to-order, or labor-intensive manufacturing (furniture, decor, apparel, packaging, maquila-style assembly)
• Fluent spoken and written English - daily calls with our US team. Not flexible.
• Comfort with ERP/WMS data and solid Excel or Google Sheets
• On-site every day in Monterrey (Finsa Guadalupe)
