Jabil is seeking a Direct Fulfillment leader to guide the DF Manufacturing Department, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will drive metrics, lead a team of Line Managers, and implement recruitment, training and development plans to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class manufacturing outcomes at scale.

Formación

• Experience leading manufacturing/DF operations.
• Proven ability to recruit, interview and hire Line Managers.
• Strong communication and team development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Direct Fulfillment (DF) Manufacturing Department.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational metrics.
• Recruit, interview and hire Line Managers; coach and mentor them.
• Monitor turnover and implement retention improvements.
• Provide performance feedback and develop succession plans for leadership.
• Ensure safety, quality and process compliance across the workcell.
