Jabil is seeking a seasoned Purchasing leader to supervise the Purchasing Staff within the Workcell and drive supply chain strategies that align with campus directives. You will oversee recruitment, coaching, and performance management to ensure a high-performing team and reliable material supply for production.

The role focuses on cost reduction, MRP alignment, and continuous improvement across purchasing processes, with strong leadership responsibilities and collaboration with management teams.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent and three to five years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and recruit Purchasing Staff.
• Develop and implement Materials strategy aligned with campus directions.
• Coach and mentor Materials staff to deliver excellence.
• Manage performance through defined metrics and reviews.
• Ensure material supply meets MRP requirements and optimize costs.
