Jabil is seeking Direct Quality Engineers and leaders to drive excellence in manufacturing for global customer accounts, ensuring efficiency, integrity, and robust quality processes. You will recruit, coach, and develop engineers and technicians, set measurable goals, monitor performance, and work with cross-functional teams to implement quality plans and cost improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree required and seven years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and recruit Quality Engineers and Technicians.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver excellence to customers.
• Establish clear goals and manage performance using measurable metrics.
• Coordinate large teams and maintain focus during crises.
• Define quality strategies aligned with campus directions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline processes.
• Interface with departments to resolve quality issues and support supplier remediation.
