North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in regulated manufacturing to lead daily operations, ensure schedules and drive quality, safety, and performance.

Required are 3–5 years in a supervisory role within Medical Device/ Biotech/Pharma, knowledge of ISO 9001/13485, and strong leadership with advanced English for cross-functional meetings and reports.

Formación

• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (Medical Device/ Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience managing production personnel, equipment and resources.
• Proficient with MRP/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Experience monitoring and reporting KPIs and production metrics.
• Knowledge of CAPA, RCA and Non-Conformance Investigations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advanced English required for meetings, reports and cross-functional interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet schedule safely and efficiently.

We are seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in regulated manufacturing environments to lead daily production operations, ensure compliance with production schedules, and drive quality, safety, and operational performance.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Supervisor in the Medical Device, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience managing production personnel, equipment, and manufacturing resources.
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience monitoring and reporting KPIs and production metrics.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Non-Conformance Investigations, and CAPA processes.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing production personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English level required, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, presentations, reports, and cross-functional interactions.
• Ability to work in production and cleanroom environments as required.
• Continuous improvement experience involving Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
