Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead daily production, develop and motivate teams, and drive productivity improvements.

You will oversee safety, quality, and operations, collaborate across departments, mentor staff, and analyze data to identify efficiency opportunities while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. At least 5 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing or production with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

What will you do?

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.
