Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Plant Supervisor - STIVA 2 to manage daily production, drive efficiency, and mentor the production team.

The role focuses on achieving targets while maintaining safety and quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.

• Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with multiple departments to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Supervising and mentoring team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement.
