You will prioritize production schedules, manage budgets, and collaborate with customer engineering teams on NPI projects, SMT processes, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Electrical Engineer.
• BS Engineering or equivalent.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
• Familiar with NPI projects execution and SMT processes.

• Directs development and implementation of production area activities to meet goals and budgets.
• Plans and administers procedures and budgets; manages staff performance.
• Interacts with Customer Engineering Teams and allocates resources for NPI builds.
