nVent seeks professionals to lead industrial production operations in Reynosa. The role focuses on personnel management, resource optimization, and strict safety and quality standards to ensure reliable manufacturing performance.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee work sequencing, and align daily targets with on-time delivery goals across shifts. A degree in Industrial Engineering and 3+ years of metal manufacturing experience are preferred.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in production, preferably metal mechanic manufacturing.
• Desirable experience in cutting processes, aluminum, painting, and assembly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence, leadership, communication, problem solving, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work different shifts.

• Support programs to reduce setup, improve efficiency and quality, reduce cycle time, lower costs, minimize downtime, and achieve on-time delivery.
