Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to enforce policies and apply disciplinary actions.
• High level of integrity and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and support the team to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure schedules and operations.
• Monitor housekeeping, safety practices, and compliance with health standards.
• Manage departmental budgets, production reports, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance and engineering needs; analyze inventory and orders.
