Polaris Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performing team at our PGA distribution center.

You will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, manage budgets for labor, packaging and maintenance, and report on performance against safety, quality and productivity targets. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in large-scale automated distribution operations or manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing sustainable, metrics-driven solutions.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and supervising staff in accordance with company policies.
• Experience with AS400, SolidWorks, RF/barcode technology, and automated sorting and material handling systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee departmental operations and special projects to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Prepare performance reports and manage budgets related to labor, packaging, and maintenance.
• Schedule, train, and develop staff; conduct interviews and evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR and staffing agencies to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement in a mixed office and distribution environment.
