• Ensure compliance with production schedule and manufacturing timelines.
• Validate adherence to production and unloading flows during the shift.
• Prepare detailed reports on manufacturing and unloading times, identifying downtime and root causes.
• Manage problem-solving for issues arising during the shift.
• Review and communicate work strategies with the production team before shift start.
• Lead and supervise production team activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment usage and optimize resources.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
