Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished products according to company procedures.
• Prepare and stage materials for production and shipping based on work orders.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS or SAP).
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including handling hazardous materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in compliance with 5S standards.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged materials to supervisors promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.
