H.B. Fuller in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an experienced production operator to operate and monitor mixers, reactors, pumps, and other chemical processing equipment according to established procedures.

You will load raw materials, perform in-process quality checks, maintain a clean and safe workspace following 5S and safety standards, troubleshoot equipment and report anomalies, and assist in continuous improvement to reduce waste and meet production targets.

Responsabilidades

• Measure, weight, and load raw materials into production equipment following batch instructions.
• Perform in-process quality checks and record production data accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including the use of PPE.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and basic equipment adjustments.
• Complete production documentation and ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
