Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a shift-based Production Supervisor at our Monterrey, Mexico plant to ensure on-time production and efficient unloading flows. You will continue to build a safe, productive environment by coordinating with the manufacturing team and monitoring equipment usage.

Ideal candidates will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and prepare detailed shift reports, identifying downtime and root causes to drive performance improvements.

• Validate adherence to production and unloading flows during the shift
• Prepare detailed reports on manufacturing and unloading times, identifying downtime and root causes
• Manage problem-solving for issues arising during the shift
• Review and communicate work strategies with the production team before shift start
• Lead and supervise production team activities to ensure safety and efficiency
• Monitor equipment usage and optimize resources
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
