Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company in Monterrey, Mexico is hiring a Production Operator I to operate mixers, reactors, pumps and related equipment according to established procedures. You will measure and load raw materials, perform in-process quality checks and document results with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will maintain 5S standards, assist with preventive maintenance, and collaborate to meet production targets while following safety and PPE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixers, reactors, pumps, and other chemical processing equipment according to established procedures.
• Measure, weight, and load raw materials into production equipment following batch instructions.
• Perform in-process quality checks and record production data accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including the use of PPE.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and basic equipment adjustments.
• Complete production documentation and ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
