One Mobility Group seeks a Production Supervisor for its Comonfort, Guanajuato, Mexico facility. The role focuses on achieving key production KPIs, guiding daily performance reviews, and coordinating staffing with HR to meet production plans.

You will also support new launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvements. Ideal candidates have a degree in Industrial Engineering and 1–2 years of leadership experience, with a track record in achieving production targets and effective team

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Good leadership skills.
• Experience achieving production KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve production KPIs, including Line Efficiency, Labor Efficiency, and Production Plan Adherence.
• Submit employee bonus information to Human Resources within established deadlines.
• Lead daily production meetings to review and communicate the previous day's KPI performance.
• Develop and execute work plans, verifying production capacity and staffing requirements.
• Provide support for new product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in 8D, A3, and QRQC problem-solving analyses related to customer complaints, quality alerts, and customer audits.
• Promote adherence to company values, workplace discipline, and expected employee behaviors on the production line.
