One Mobility Group in Comonfort, Guanajuato, Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities and achieve key KPIs. You will coordinate staffing, review KPI performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across the line.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and 1–2 years of experience with strong leadership. You will support new product launches, continuous improvement, and effective problem solving with the team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• 1–2 years of production experience and leadership ability.
• Experience achieving production performance indicators and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve production KPIs, including Line Efficiency, Labor Efficiency, and Production Plan Adherence.
• Submit employee bonus information to Human Resources within established deadlines.
• Lead daily production meetings to review and communicate the previous day's KPI performance.
• Develop and execute work plans, verifying production capacity and staffing requirements.
• Provide support for new product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in 8D, A3, and QRQC problem-solving analyses related to customer complaints, quality alerts, and customer audits.
• Monitor and promote adherence to company values, workplace discipline, and expected employee behaviors across the production line at all times.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Good Leadership skill
• Experience in achieving production performance indicators
