Motus Integrated Technologies in Arteaga, Coahuila, Mexico, seeks a Production Supervisor to ensure the daily schedule is met while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards aligned with customer requirements.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, technical aptitude to read drawings, PFMEA and Control Plans, and strong TPM/5S skills to drive continuous improvement across lines and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to interpret technical information, including drawings, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Performance indicator management and monitoring.
• Time and motion studies.
• 5S methodology.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Autonomous Maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949:2016 standards.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily activities with the Team Leader to meet production requirements.
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams to resolve quality, safety, and productivity issues.
• Ensure personnel are trained to develop skills and achieve operation certification and multiskilling.
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap across lines.
• Supervise implementation of strategies with HR to improve absenteeism and turnover.
• Audit Team Leader activities to ensure quality, safety, and productivity objectives.
• Monitor SQDCM boards with departments to address deviations.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to prevent downtime from equipment failures.
• Promote productivity and continuous improvement for business growth.
• Maintain zero tolerance for unsafe acts and ensure HSE program compliance.
