GI Group Holding in Hermosillo, Mexico is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily production execution in an automotive facility. You will ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets while guiding production planning and key KPIs.
The role requires strong leadership to develop production teams and drive improvements. Qualified candidates will have an engineering degree or equivalent, 5+ years in automotive PM, experience in high-volume environments, and advanced English.
Formación
- Engineering degree or technical background required.
- 5+ years of experience as a Production Manager in automotive manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in high-volume production environments.
Responsabilidades
- Lead daily production execution within an assigned operational area.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
- Manage production planning execution and key plant KPIs.
- Lead and develop production teams and frontline leadership.
- Drive operational improvements and support a structured manufacturing approach.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment and execution across the operation.
