Magna Powertrain en México, Ramos Arizpe, busca un Ingeniero/a Industrial para liderar y desarrollar al equipo de trabajo, asegurando la ejecución eficiente de los procesos productivos y el cumplimiento de objetivos operativos. Se valorará experiencia en mejora continua y TPM.

El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 2 años en la compañía, inglés avanzado y conocimientos de SAP y herramientas de Office. Disponibilidad de turnos y actitud proactiva para impulsar resultados.

Formación

• Ingeniería Industrial o afín titulada, con cédula profesional.
• Al menos 2 años de antigüedad en la compañía.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de trabajo, asegurando la ejecución de procesos productivos.
• Lograr los indicadores clave mediante adecuada administración de recursos y ejecución de mejoras continuas.

Job Responsibilities

Objetivo de la Posición: Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de trabajo, asegurando la ejecución eficiente de los procesos productivos y el cumplimiento de los objetivos operativos y del negocio. Garantizar el logro de los indicadores clave mediante una adecuada administración de recursos, coordinación con las áreas de soporte e implementación de iniciativas de mejora continua.

Conocimientos Requeridos

• Procesos de manufactura y ensamble.
• Sistemas de producción Pull System.
• Lean Manufacturing y herramientas de mejora continua.
• Core Tools y metodologías de solución de problemas.
• IATF 16949.
• TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Microsoft Office.
• Conocimientos básicos de SAP para la administración de inventarios y materiales.

Escolaridad

• Inglés avanzado.
• Mínimo 2 años de antigüedad en la compañía.
