Magna Powertrain en México busca un/a ingeniero/a Industrial o afín para desarrollar, implementar y optimizar procesos de manufactura en la producción de engranes. Se trabajará para asegurar seguridad, calidad, productividad y costo mediante mejoras continuas.

Se requiere interpretación de planos, GD&T, AMEF de Proceso y capacidad para ajustar procesos a mediciones; se valora experiencia en tornos CNC y rectificado.

Formación

• Interpretación de dibujos de ingeniería y planos.
• Conocimiento de GD&T y normas de inspección.
• Elaboración y actualización de AMEF de Proceso.
• Capacidad para correlacionar resultados de medición con ajustes de proceso.
• Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura de engranes.

Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la Posición: Desarrollar, implementar y optimizar procesos de manufactura para la producción de componentes maquinados, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, productividad y costo mediante la mejora continua.

Conocimientos:

• Interpretación de dibujos de ingeniería.
• GD&T.
• Elaboración y actualización de AMEF de Proceso.
• Manejo de herramientas de solución de problemas.
• Conocimiento de los procesos de manufactura de engranes.
• Interpretación de planos y especificaciones de engranes.
• Interpretación y análisis de reportes de medición de engranes.
• Conocimiento de normas de inspección y calidad para engranes.
• Capacidad para correlacionar resultados de medición con ajustes de proceso en operaciones de generado de engrane y rectificado de engranes.
• Conocimiento de tolerancias y clases de calidad de engranes.

Experiencia en procesos de maquinado:

• Procesos de generación de engranes
• Hobbing.
• Power Skiving.
• Brochado
• Procesos de torneado CNC
• Rectificado de diámetros
• Rectificado de engranes

Escolaridad:

• Ingeniería Industrial, mecánico, mecatrónico y/o afín
