Magna Powertrain busca un Supervisor de Mantenimiento para conservar instalaciones y equipos, garantizando seguridad y calidad en la producción automotriz.

Se requiere Ingeniería en Mecánica/Eléctrica/Mecatrónica o Industrial con 3–5 años de experiencia, manejo de personal, SAP y disponibilidad para turnos.

Se valorará dominio del inglés (70%) y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en un entorno industrial de alto rendimiento.

Formación

• Título y cédula profesional en ingeniería correspondiente.
• Experiencia 3–5 años como Supervisor de Mantenimiento en la industria automotriz.
• Habilidad para dirigir personal y cumplir objetivos.
• Disposición para turnos y trabajar bajo presión.
• Conocimiento de manejo y resolución de conflictos.
• Inglés 70%.

• Conservar instalaciones y equipos asegurando seguridad y calidad.
• Gestión de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de planta.
• Dirigir y desarrollar al personal manteniendo objetivos.
• Coordinar con áreas de producción para garantizar continuidad.

Job Responsibilities

Objetivo: Conservar las instalaciones, equipos y instalados, produciendo de manera segura para el personal y la empresa con la calidad y velocidad con la que fueron diseñados.

Perfil del puesto Escolaridad Ingeniería en Mecánica, Eléctrica /Electrónica o Mecatrónica, Industrial. Título y Cédula indispensable. Experiencia Requerida De 3 a 5 años de experiencia como Supervisor en Mantenimiento en el ramo industrial automotriz Manejo de personal y cumplimiento de objetivos. Saber trabajar bajo presión, Dispnibilidad para trabajar en turnos y según se requiera. Conocimiento de manejo y solución de conflictos y administración de personal.

Conocimientos Específicos:

• 1) Técnicos & tecnológicos. Conocimiento intermedio en mecánica, neumática, hidráulica, electricidad y electrónica. Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, mecánicos, hidráulicos y neumáticos. Interpretación de dibujos mecánicos. Conocimiento intermedio en sistemas de control industrial. Procesos de ensamble: conocimientos intermedios en atornilladores automáticos, sistemas de prensado usando controles de distancia y fuerza, control de velocidad de motores, puesta a punto de sensores industriales.
• 2) Administrativos. Manejo básico de paquetes computacionales de oficina (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Conocimiento del módulo de mantenimiento SAP.
• 3) Idiomas Inglés, al 70%.
