Magna Powertrain seeks a qualified QA professional to coordinate customer requirements and drive quality improvements using established systems. The role requires a minimum of two years in similar positions with internal and external supervision, plus solid knowledge of automotive quality tools and IATF 16949 knowledge.

Fluent communication in English at an intermediate level, a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, and experience with GD&T and dimensional analysis are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer requirements and improve quality KPIs using quality systems.
• Supervise internal and external staff with at least 2+ years in similar roles.
• Apply quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa; APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA).
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer CSR requirements; interpret GD&T and lab dimensional results.

Job Responsibilities

• Objetivo de la posición: Coordinar requerimientos de los clientes y mejora KMI´s de Calidad a través del uso de los sistemas de calidad.
• Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en puestos similares con personal a cargo (personal interno) y personal externo más de 3 años en la función.
• Conocimiento: Herramientas de solución de problemas (8D, 5 Why’s, Ishikawa, Six Sigma Core Tools de calidad (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA) Normativa IATF 16949 y requerimientos específicos de cliente (CSR) Interpretación de GD&T y resultados dimensionales de laboratorio Procesos de manufactura automotriz (maquinado y ensamble) Planes de control y análisis de riesgo (PFMEA) Auditorías de calidad y procesos (LPA, VDA, QSB)
• Requisitos: Inglés intermedio – avanzado, Kardex sin incidencias, Escolaridad: Titulado y cédula profesional de Ingeniero Industrial o afín.
