Safran is seeking a production area supervisor responsible for ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets while managing resources in the area.

The role requires planning, organizing, and directing activities, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement, to meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Experience in supervising production or operations teams.
• Familiarity with quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to plan, organize, and control production activities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises an area of operations and ensures objectives related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, personnel, and innovation are met, while managing resources.
• Promoter of Quality, Safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with Client Requirements and Quality/HSE policies.
• Develops and guides the work team.
• Manages production plan in a timely manner according to the MPS.
• Manages the technical human resources of the area (shifts, overtime, vacations).
• Downloads horoquartz and SAP reports.
• Productivity tracking and correct registration of horoquartz codes.
• Creates material requisitions - indirect purchasing.
• Manages MIGO processing in the receipt of material purchases.
• Implements action plans for IGP - 5's - Spot audit – QRQC.
• Manages QRQCN1.
• Ensures staff perform quality work in a timely manner according to procedures.

Responsible for a production area, he/she ensures the compliance of the objectives in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery, personnel, and innovation; as well as the administration of the resources in the area. He/she is responsible of the planning, organization, direction and control of the works done in the operational area, complying with the authorities requirements and the quality procedures.

Responsibilities: He/she

• Supervises an área of operations and ensures the compliance with the objectives S –Q- C –D –P –I, as well as the administration of resources in the area. It is responsible for verifying, planning, organizing, directing and controlling the work of the operational area complying with quality and aeronautical authority procedures.
• Promoter of Quality, Safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with Client Requirementsand ensures Quality and HSE requirements and policies.
• Develop and guide the work team.
• Manages production plan in a timely manner in accordance with the MPS.
• Manages the technical human resources of the area (Shifts, overtime, vacations).
• Download horoquartz and SAP reports.
• Productivity Tracking - Utilization; ensures correct registration of horoquartz codes as well as the full day.
• Creates material requisitions - indirect purchasing.
