Hitachi Energy in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and develop a high-performing team. You will coach and develop production staff, monitor KPIs such as productivity and downtime, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and drive improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in production operations.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in ERP/MES and Microsoft Office.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent manufacturing experience will also be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in production operations.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MES systems.
