Formación

• Associate degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years in a manufacturing quality control or assurance lab preferred.
• Familiarity with common laboratory equipment, testing methods, and analytical techniques.
• Basic knowledge of GMP or relevant quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine laboratory tests according to specifications and SOPs.

• Conduct routine laboratory tests according to specifications and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment with appropriate guidance.
• Record test results accurately in laboratory notebooks and designated systems.
• Support investigations involving quality deviations, non‑conformances, and customer concerns.
• Perform basic statistical analysis and prepare reports for review.
• Follow safety requirements, Good Laboratory Practices, and quality management systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• An associate degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• One to three years of experience in a manufacturing quality control or assurance laboratory is preferred.
• Familiarity with common laboratory equipment, testing methods, and analytical techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices or relevant quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when testing, analyzing, and documenting information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
