Job summary

The ideal candidate has completed secondary education, about 1 year in manufacturing or food processing, and demonstrates strong teamwork, attention to detail and flexibility for rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and machinery following established procedures.
  • Perform basic adjustments on the line to maintain continuous flow and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor quality and safety parameters throughout the process (weight, sealing, labeling, etc.).
  • Comply with HACCP, GMP, and all industrial safety policies.
  • Report deviations, equipment issues, or potential risks promptly to your supervisor.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment according to production schedules.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (5S, waste reduction, efficiency projects).
  • Record production data accurately in required systems or formats.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve productivity and quality goals.
