If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Production Planning Supervisor** located in **Guadalajara, North Site**.Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, Production Planning Supervisor role involves In charge of helping materials and production functions.**What a typical day looks like:*** Guides order processing activities for major customer units.* Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.* Serves as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order dedications, order expedites, and problem resolution.* Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to dedicated ship date (CSD), turnaround time, reply time, and inventory goals.* Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.
