Job summary

Flex is seeking a Planner Scheduler for its Juarez South location to support production planning and customer order management. The role reports to the Production Planning Manager and focuses on prioritizing customer requests, coordinating with Master Scheduling, and ensuring on-time ship dates.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and is beginning to develop English proficiency while contributing to process improvements in order management and production planning systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Begginer English.
• Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.
• Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
• Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads order processing activities for major customer units.
• Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.
• Serves as advanced interface with customers for escalations of order commitments, order expedites, and problem resolution.
• Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals.
• Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.
• Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.
• Experience with production plan creation based on the Master Scheduler plan.
• Component shortage Review and monitor daily basis.
• Weekly Shipping Plan creation.
