Job summary

Donaldson in Aguascalientes, Mexico, is seeking a Production Supervisor to support manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic production environment. Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing processes.
Experience managing production personnel and shop floor operations.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Availability to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead daily production management activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals.
Apply and promote the Donaldson Manufacturing System across the operation.
Monitor, analyze, and ensure compliance with operational KPIs.
Use PDCA to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement tactical production plans aligned with objectives.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardized work.
Coordinate shop floor activities and staff development.
