Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a production operator in Monterrey to operate processing equipment, load materials and monitor quality. You will work in a safety-conscious environment, maintain organized workspaces, and document production data as part of a collaborative team.

You will support maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve efficiency, while adhering to all safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor mixers, reactors, pumps and other chemical processing equipment.
• Perform batch loading and material weighing according to instructions.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and record production data.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S and safety standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, environmental and quality guidelines, including PPE usage.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and basic equipment adjustments.
• Complete production documentation and ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
