Job summary

H.B. Fuller in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor chemical processing equipment and to support batch production targets with adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

The role requires precise data recording, PPE use, 5S compliance, and teamwork to meet schedules and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant environment. You will collaborate with maintenance and quality teams, perform in-process checks, and contribute to waste reduction

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial processing equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow batch instructions and procedures.
• Commitment to safety, PPE use, and 5S practices.
• Strong attention to detail for data recording.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixers, reactors, pumps, and other chemical processing equipment.
• Measure, weight, and load raw materials into production equipment per batch instructions.
• Perform in-process quality checks and record production data.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with 5S and safety standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report abnormalities.

• Operate and monitor mixers, reactors, pumps, and other chemical processing equipment according to established procedures.
• Measure, weight, and load raw materials into production equipment following batch instructions.
• Perform in-process quality checks and record production data accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including the use of PPE.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and basic equipment adjustments.
• Complete production documentation and ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
