is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate daily operations and lead Production Supervisors and teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure execution of plans, monitor KPIs, and drive Lean manufacturing initiatives. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, 3+ years as a supervisor, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Experience coordinating production teams and multiple manufacturing areas.
• Proven experience managing large operational teams (direct and indirect personnel).
• Intermediate English level (able to communicate in written form and participate in operational meetings).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor daily production operations to ensure compliance with production plans, schedules, and KPIs.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Production Supervisors, ensuring effective execution of manufacturing processes, adherence to operational standards, and development of leadership capabilities.
• Analyze production performance results, identify gaps, and establish action plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and stability.
• Manage and optimize resources to achieve production objectives, including workforce allocation, line balancing, and capacity requirements.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction, process optimization, productivity, and efficiency.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing methodologies and best practices across the operation.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, HR, and Safety to resolve issues and improve performance.
