Carl Zeiss Visión Manufactura de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks a Production Supervisor to ensure compliance with production goals and to lead a team of more than 60 employees. The role involves effective supervision, resource management, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams of at least 60 employees.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools.

• Supervise daily production activities ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
