Job summary

Jabil in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee manufacturing processes and assist the Supervisor in setting priorities, while focusing on cost efficiency. You will work with procurement, maintenance and QA to optimize resources, review performance data, reduce defects per million and ensure compliance with policies.

The role requires strong collaboration, data-driven decision making and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Combination of education, experience and/or training.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and global/regional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to set production and quality standards.
• Coordinate production with procurement, maintenance and QA.
• Review reports to identify causes of nonconformity with specs.
• Minimize scrap and optimize MRO usage and material flow.
• Monitor metrics and compile monthly production report cards.
• Ensure proper stocking and availability of operation supplies.
• Assist in implementing methods to reduce costs and improve metrics.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
