Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans for global new product introductions using APQP and process optimization.
• Support quoting activities during initial process design, development, and implementation phases.
• Evaluate inspection processes and provide input via inspection aids and guidelines.
• Develop and execute global training programs for the customer.
• Create systems for document storage, access and review for global accounts.
• Review discrepancies and track corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain documentation files and review systems for access and updates.
• Engage with suppliers/customers in quality-related actions and improvements.
• Coordinate vendor surveys and assist in their process improvements.
• Interface with departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist in implementing process improvement and optimization efforts.
• Support standardization of manufacturing processes across global accounts.
• Interface with customers on quality issues as needed.
