Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop the project master plan including scope, schedule, resources and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments such as Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and Maintenance.
Monitor project activities to meet timelines and milestones.
Manage budgets and control cost variances.
Identify risks and establish mitigation plans.
Manage scope changes with proper approvals and documentation.
Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external customers.
Lead project review meetings and executive progress reports.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations and quality standards.
Conduct formal project closure and document lessons learned.
Create and maintain project Bills of Materials (BOM).
Submit purchase requisitions for project materials and resources.
