Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a Production Control Analyst to ensure smooth build of customer orders through fabrication and final assembly. You will analyze impacts of changes and bottlenecks, and prepare daily production reports for senior management.

The role emphasizes overseeing production flow, order transactions, and coordination of components, with a focus on timely issue resolution and continuous improvement in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent.
• SAP experience is desired.
• Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus).
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving oriented.
• MS Office applications proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing production flow and dealing with occurring disorders.
• Production order transactions and updates.
• GPS process and management; coordinates the ordering of components for the production plan.
• Support product supply and inventory plans.
• Estimates issue resolution times through analysis and collaboration.
• Adopting new technologies to enhance performance and knowledge sharing.
• Fostering an environment where innovations are recognized and rewarded.
• Follow up on the production plan and ensure adherence.
