Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Production Control Analyst in Mexico to ensure smooth build of customer orders through fabrication and final assembly. You will analyze impacts from engineering changes, supplier issues, and bottlenecks while preparing essential daily production reports for senior management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain, SAP experience, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management or equivalent required.
• SAP experience is desired.
• Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus).
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving oriented.
• Computer skills in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production flow and address disorders.
• Manage production order transactions and updates.
• Coordinate GPS process and component orders for the production plan.
• Support product supply and inventory plans aligned with business objectives.
• Estimate issue resolution times via analysis and collaboration.
• Adopt new technologies to boost performance and insights.
• Foster environment that recognizes technological innovations.
• Follow up on the production plan and ensure adherence.
