Jabil is seeking a knowledgeable professional to support ECO implementations and deviations, assist the Product Engineering team during pilot runs, and drive improvements across manufacturing and engineering processes.

Responsibilities include technical guidance for internal manufacturing, aiding in downtime investigations, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating material release activities with cross-functional teams. Training and audits may be part of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general support for the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and customer Deviations.
• Support the Product Engineering team during pilot runs by performing follow-up activities, material validations, component specification reviews, and verification of product assembly characteristics against customer BOMs and assembly drawings.
• Promote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support for internal manufacturing and operational processes.
• Assist in line stoppages and downtime events related to Product Engineering issues, supporting troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics to support operational and engineering objectives.
• Support material release activities in the receiving area when Product Engineering notifications are generated, including verification of MPNs, material dimensions, and coordination with cross-functional teams to communicate and resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in Product Engineering department training and development programs.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required, supporting compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
