Sanmina-SCI Systems de México seeks a Product Engineering Manager to oversee ECO/MCO/Deviation management on the production floor and drive MRB controls and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires leadership to coordinate training for product technicians and lead weekly customer conference calls with Materials and Program Management teams.

Ideal candidates have an engineering degree, 5+ years of related experience, and strong English skills, with a focus on AGILE practices and OEM

Formación

• Bachelor's or equivalent in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of ECO/MCO processes, MRB, and AGILE.

Responsabilidades

Product Engineering Manager

Education: Communications and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial, Computing systems or similar.

Experience: Requires minimum of 5years of related experience;

Knowledge: English 90%, 6 sigma, Engineering Change Order (ECOs), AVL updates through MCOs, customer conference calls, Deviation process from Customer. Manufacturing Process, Projects planing, AGILE, ORACLE, electronics, engineering changes, Rohs, English (90% Min.) MRB analysis, assembly drawings and specifications NPI.

Required skills: Fluency and communication, analytical, methodical, results-oriented, Teamwork.

Personality trait: Ability to negotiate, Sense of urgency and proactive.

Responsibilities:

• ECO/MCO/Deviation management control system and production floor implementations
• MRB controls
• Product Technicians training development and activities coordination
• To develop continuos improvement projects
• To lead and coordinate ECO weekly customer conference calls as well as internal ECO meetings with Materials and Program Management departments.
