Sanmina is seeking a Product Engineering Manager to oversee ECO/MCO/Deviation processes, MRB controls, and production-floor implementations. The role includes coordinating training for Product Technicians and leading continuous improvement projects.

You will also run weekly ECO calls with customers and internal meetings with Materials and Program Management teams. The candidate should have at least 5 years of related experience and a degree in engineering fields such as Communications,

Formación

• Education: Engineering degree or equivalent in Communications and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial, Computing systems or similar.
• Experience: Requires minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge: English 90%, 6 sigma, ECOs, AVL updates through MCOs, customer conference calls, Deviation process from Customer, Manufacturing Process, Projects planning, AGILE, ORACLE, electronics, engineering changes, Rohs, MRB analysis, assembly drawings and specifications NPI.
• Required skills: Fluency and communication, analytical, methodical, results-oriented, Teamwork.
• Personality trait: Ability to negotiate, Sense of urgency and proactive.

Experience: Requires minimum of 5 years of related experience;

Knowledge: English 90%, 6 sigma, Engineering Change Order (ECOs), AVL updates through MCOs, customer conference calls, Deviation process from Customer. Manufacturing Process, Projects planing, AGILE, ORACLE, electronics, engineering changes, Rohs, English (90% Min.) MRB analysis, assembly drawings and specifications NPI.
