Johnson Controls Monterrey is seeking a Product Owner to join our Navigator Platform SCRUM teams in a hybrid role, three days in the office. You will translate business needs into user stories and collaborate with Product Management, UX, and Development to ensure solutions meet requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or IT, 8+ years in a technology field, excellent communication, facilitation, and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or related technical field.
• 8+ years in a technology‑related field with exposure to product development/management.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into user stories and requirements.
• Prioritize and manage the SCRUM backlog and sprint forecasts.
• Coordinate with Product Management, UX and Dev teams to ensure solution fit.
• Own release planning and dependency management across teams.
• Mentor PO/BA colleagues and maintain stakeholder engagement.
