We are looking for a Product Owner for our Monterrey office. This is a hybrid position (3 days a week in office)
The Product Owner (PO) will join and help lead one or more SCRUM teams contributing to our market leading Navigator Platform. The PO will be the primary interface between Product Management, User Experience, and Development Teams to ensure developed solutions meet business and customer needs/requirements. This position requires the ability to analyze business needs, define customer/user/business requirements, translate product features into user stories, use cases, and software requirements to ensure the solution is meeting the business needs. The position is accountable for the IT investments for a business unit or business function that has country‑level scope and for analyzing, designing, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions. Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the SCRUM Team(s) Product Backlog and Sprint‑by‑Sprint forecast. The position is also responsible for coordinating and contributing to an overall Program release plan.
