Zifo Mexico is seeking a Benchling Product Manager to oversee the Benchling rollout for one or more customers. You will translate scientific workflows into scalable Benchling configurations and lead end-to-end delivery with implementation partners.

You will partner with scientists, capture requirements, run design workshops, develop data models, and produce training materials to support adoption. The role requires 5–7 years in pharma/biotech informatics or product-adjacent roles and hands-on

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life sciences, informatics, or related discipline.
• Strong ability to gather, refine, and translate user requirements into high quality requirements and data model documentation.
• Hands-on experience using or administering Benchling to support scientific workflows (schemas, templates, workflow configuration).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with scientific teams to understand software-related use cases and translate them into Benchling solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering and design workshops to translate workflows into data models, templates, and configurations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects from requirements discovery through rollout and adoption.
• Develop test plans, guide UAT, and create training materials for user onboarding.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to validate configurations and refine through demos and workshops.
• Provide user support during rollout and early adoption and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
