Zifo Mexico seeks a Benchling Analyst to oversee the rollout at client sites, partnering with researchers and development scientists to translate workflows into scalable Benchling configurations.

You will lead requirements workshops, document data models, templates and intake processes, and ensure end-to-end delivery from discovery through adoption, while maintaining alignment with platform standards and data strategy.

Formación

• Requires a life sciences or informatics degree and 5-7 years in pharma/biotech or related roles.
• Hands-on Benchling experience to support scientific workflows.
• Experience gathering and translating user needs into requirements and data models.
• Strong communication and collaboration with scientific and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with scientific teams to understand Benchling use cases.
• Capture requirements and present for manager review and approval.
• Lead requirements workshops translating workflows into data models and templates.
• Own end-to-end delivery from discovery to rollout and adoption.
• Develop test plans, guide UAT, and create training materials.
• Provide user support during rollout and early adoption.
