Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a product-focused leader to drive item data capabilities in PeopleSoft for healthcare clients. The role requires coordinating across product, engineering, QA, and data governance to deliver compliant, high-quality releases.

You will translate complex item needs into epics, manage the backlog with data-driven metrics, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure accurate data models and streamlined workflows in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Project Manager, TPM, or Product Manager.
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft or ERP systems.
• Healthcare domain experience is required.
• PMI/SAFe practices are essential.
• Advanced English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle management for item data in PeopleSoft.
• Translate requirements into epics and user stories.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver releases.
• Prioritize backlog using data-driven insights.
• Define product metrics for item data integrity and adoption.
• Collaborate with cheminformatics and bioinformatics SMEs.
• Support hybrid work with clear communication and documentation.
• Improve user experience for item management workflows.
• Coordinate release planning and hypercare support.
• Ensure compliance and data governance alignment.
• Prepare release notes and training materials.
• Triage incidents and implement root cause fixes.
• Gather feedback and drive continuous improvements.
