Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced SAP Master Data expert to provide functional and technical support for SAP S/4 S/2P Master Data, CPAi, and Jaggaer platforms. You will drive continuous process improvements, ensure system stability, and align with enterprise goals through best-in-class SAP S2P solutions and master data governance.

Role requires collaboration across ITS and GBS teams, management of data lifecycles, and ownership of data architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to business needs; accommodate different time zones.
• SAP MDG and S/4 HANA expertise with data maintenance experience.
• Experience with Material Master, BP-Customer, Vendor data.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil all technology requirements for Procurement function globally and support existing processes and platforms.
• Understand business requirements to design and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with ITS, GBS and external teams to deliver solutions.
• Oversee tracking and resolution for production support issues and BAU enhancements.
• Meet project objectives and milestones with planned resources and deadlines.
• Maintain risk awareness and take corrective actions where needed.
• Manage SLA for production support issues.
• Own the technical architecture of master data maintenance tools.
• Partner with Supplier-IT on upgrades, patches, and cloud migrations.
