Levi Strauss & Co. invites a Product Manager to lead costing initiatives within Digital Product Creation in Mexico City. You will own cost and margin across the product lifecycle and help select and implement a new costing platform.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a track record in platform implementations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., math, statistics, engineering, CS).
• Strong data analytics skills and ability to lead with data-informed recommendations.
• Proven experience in product discovery and driving KPI improvements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across geographies and cultures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with costing, costing platforms, or retail/apparel domains is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the costing roadmap and ensure alignment with product creation goals.
• Define use cases, document requirements, and partner with engineering and business teams.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on data and feedback.
• Lead RFI/RFP activities and vendor partnerships for costing platform.
• Support releases and drive adoption with business operations.
• Monitor KPIs and report on progress to leadership.
